Community upliftment and Wildlife Conservation are at the forefront of what we stand for; help us protect this Magnificent Wildlife Reserve. Chipembere camp is currently the hub for all the conservation work and activities in Mwabvi. It is the residential base for MWCT director and his family, the centre for the Predator project and the home to all our volunteers, and an area for much of the community development projects. Mwabvi Wildlife & Community Trust (MWCT) is a not for profit organization operating in Malawi and it was founded in 2009 by Barry Kerr, And it has four objectives:
1. The conservation of Mwabvi Wildlife Reserve;
2. The Protection of all Predators of Africa;
3. The social-economic development of the local community;
4. The development of eco-tourism in the area.
