Mission Statement
To work in partnership with like-minded organisations towards improved human settlements for Zimbabweans of limited means. To this end we advocate for a facilitative policy environment and provide high quality co-operative development education, training, technical, financial, advisory, construction and project management services taking into account gender equity and the participation of housing co-operative members and other stakeholders. We continually improve our services through a committed and resourceful Board and staff.
Values
Our first responsibility is to the housing co-operative movement. They are the focus of the work we do. We know that without them we would not be sustainable. We are committed to meeting their needs. We believe in a democratic co-operative housing movement that emphasises gender equity and empowerment of all its constituency. We are responsible and professional in the delivery of these services. We are socially responsible to the community in which we live. We believe community participation to be a fundamental component of our activities.
