Muzvare Betty Makoni Empowerment Initiative empowers women and girls to initiate programs and services in their communities.Many women and girls have innovative ideas on dealing with some problems affecting them and all they need is access to resources and for them to be developed to their full potential.We support such invisible women and girls with capacity building programs that help them with fundraising, developing leadership of their organisations. Having been led so many initiatives for women in Southern Africa we help organisations wit more practical issues to dealing with turbulent situations and what empowerment skills they need to deal with challenging situations. Our role is to inspire women and girls who want to be leaders to achieve the best.We also help them climb leadership ladder through inspirational coaching workshops and leadership tailor made training For anyone dealing with issues of girls and all challenges they face we help with empowerment strategies for girls to be transformed into empowered women. We are the factory that makes empowered young women leaders. Whatever program you need to do with girls we are the experts as we have churned out 300 000 girls from our empowerment programs. Any issue to do with programs for rehabilitating victims of rape, domestic violence or just evaluating or assessing a strategy we are the team most women in Africa turn to.
